Welcome. This guide walks you through setting up virentiq.ai for the very first time. Follow the steps below in order and you will be publishing posts in about 30 minutes. No technical knowledge needed.

  1. Create your virentiq.ai account

    Go to virentiq.ai and click Start free in the top right of the page, or the same button in the middle of the homepage.

    You will be asked for your name, your email address and a password. Fill those in and click Create account.

    After signing up, check your email inbox for a message from virentiq.ai. Click the link inside to verify your email address. You will not be able to log in until you do.

  2. Get your Claude API key

    virentiq.ai uses an AI called Claude to write posts in your voice. To connect the two you need an API key, which works like a password that lets virentiq.ai talk to the AI on your behalf.

    Getting the key is free and takes about 10 minutes. It has its own guide, because it involves a second website. Follow it, then come back here and continue from step 3.

    You only need to do the API key step once. Once it is saved, virentiq.ai keeps using it.

  3. Connect your LinkedIn account

    Now link your LinkedIn profile so virentiq.ai can post directly to your feed.

    1. In the left sidebar, click Connections.
    2. On the LinkedIn card, click Connect LinkedIn.
    3. A LinkedIn sign-in window opens. Sign in there as you normally would. This window is served by linkedin.com, not by us.
    4. LinkedIn then asks whether virentiq.ai may post on your behalf. Click Allow.
    5. You are returned to virentiq.ai and the LinkedIn card now reads Connected.

    virentiq.ai never sees your LinkedIn password. It only receives permission to publish posts. It cannot read your messages or your contacts.

  4. Complete your writing persona

    Your persona is how the AI learns to write like you. It is the setup step that matters most: once it is done, every post sounds like it came from you rather than from a generic assistant.

    You will be guided through a short questionnaire asking things like:

    • What is your job title, and how long have you been doing it?
    • What industry do you work in?
    • Who do you want to reach on LinkedIn?
    • How would you describe your writing style?
    • What topics do you never want to write about?

    This takes about 10 minutes. The more specific your answers, the better your posts sound. You can update your persona at any time from the Settings page.

    If you skip the persona now, you can finish it later: click Settings in the left sidebar, then Persona.

  5. You are all set

    virentiq.ai is now set up. Here is what happens next:

    • virentiq.ai starts finding relevant industry news and drafting posts in your voice.
    • Open the Posts page in the left sidebar to read what has been drafted for you.
    • Click Approve on a post to schedule it for publishing.
    • Or turn on auto-publish in Settings, and approved-by-default posts go live on their own.

    Head to your dashboard and read your first drafted posts.
