A pipeline is the engine behind virentiq.ai. It finds fresh industry news, then writes posts about it in your voice, without you having to start anything.

You decide how often it runs, whether posts need your approval, and which topics it draws from. After that it runs on its own.

How a pipeline works

Every pipeline runs the same three stages, on the schedule you set.

  1. It finds the news

    virentiq.ai watches RSS feeds, which are streams of industry news, chosen either by you or suggested for your niche.

  2. It writes a post

    The AI reads the article and writes a LinkedIn post about it, in your voice, using your persona.

  3. It waits for you

    The post lands on your Posts page as a draft, ready to approve. If you have turned on auto-publish, it goes straight to your feed instead.

What an RSS feed is

Most people have never needed to know, so here it is: an RSS feed is a list of the latest articles from a website, updated automatically whenever that site publishes something new.

Harvard Business Review, TechCrunch and most trade publications have one. virentiq.ai reads those feeds to find current news in your field, and uses it as the raw material for your posts.

You do not have to find them yourself. virentiq.ai suggests feeds for your niche, and you can add your own if you already have sources you trust.

Not sure which feeds to use? Once your persona is complete, virentiq.ai proposes sources for your industry. Start with those and add more later.

Setting up your pipeline

Your pipeline is created during onboarding. To adjust it afterwards:

  1. Click Connections in the left sidebar to add or remove content sources.
  2. Click Personas and check your writing persona is complete and current.
  3. In Settings, choose how many posts per week you want drafted, and whether they need approval before going live.
  4. That is the whole configuration. virentiq.ai handles the rest.

Approve first, or publish automatically

There are two ways posts can reach your feed.

Draft first

Posts are saved as drafts. You read each one, change anything you want, then click Approve. Nothing reaches LinkedIn without your say-so.

More control. A few minutes per post.

Auto-publish

Posts go live on the schedule you set, without waiting for approval. You do nothing day to day.

No effort. Less control.

Start with Draft first while you get a feel for how virentiq.ai writes in your voice. Once the drafts stop needing edits, switch to auto-publish.

Choosing your posting schedule

You set how often virentiq.ai drafts for you. The usual choices are:

  • Daily. One post every day, for staying highly visible.
  • Three times a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The most common choice.
  • Twice a week. A lighter pace while you are starting out.
  • Weekly. One post, minimal commitment.

You also choose what time of day posts go out. On LinkedIn, Tuesday to Thursday mornings tend to see the most engagement, but any schedule you actually keep beats a better one you abandon.
