Content Pipelines

A pipeline is the engine behind virentiq.ai. It automatically finds fresh industry news, then writes posts in your voice — without you having to lift a finger.

You decide how often it runs, whether posts need your approval, and which topics it focuses on. Once set up, it runs on autopilot.

How a pipeline works

Every pipeline follows the same three-step process, automatically, on a schedule you set:

📰Step 01
Finds news

virentiq.ai monitors RSS feeds — streams of industry news — that you or virentiq.ai have selected for your niche.

✍️Step 02
Writes a post

The AI reads the news article and writes a LinkedIn post about it, in your voice, using your persona.

📬Step 03
Waits for you

The post goes to your Posts page as a draft — ready for your approval. Or, if you've turned on auto-publish, it goes live.

What is an RSS feed?

You may not have heard of RSS feeds — most people haven't. An RSS feed is a list of the latest articles from a website or news source, updated automatically whenever something new is published.

For example, Harvard Business Review, TechCrunch, and most industry publications have RSS feeds. virentiq.ai reads these feeds to find the latest news in your field, then uses that news as the basis for your posts.

virentiq.ai will suggest relevant RSS feeds for your niche automatically. You can also add your own if you have favourite news sources.

💡
Not sure which feeds to use? Don't worry — after you complete your persona setup, virentiq.ai automatically suggests relevant sources for your industry. Just start with what it finds and add more later.

Setting up your pipeline

Your pipeline is set up as part of your onboarding. If you need to adjust it later:

  1. In the left sidebar, click Connections to add or manage your content sources (RSS feeds).
  2. Click Personas to make sure your writing persona is complete and up to date.
  3. In Settings, you can choose how many posts per week you want drafted, and whether they need your approval before going live.
  4. That's it — virentiq.ai will handle the rest on the schedule you set.

Auto-publish or review first?

You have two options for how posts get published:

✏️
Draft first (recommended for beginners)

Posts are saved as drafts. You review each one, make any changes you'd like, and click 'Approve' when you're happy. Nothing goes live without your say-so.

More control · Takes a few minutes per post
Auto-publish

Posts go live on LinkedIn automatically on the schedule you set. You don't need to do anything — just let virentiq.ai run.

Zero effort · Less control
💡
We recommend starting with Draft first while you get familiar with how virentiq.ai writes in your voice. Once you're comfortable with the quality, you can switch to auto-publish.

Choosing your posting schedule

You can set how often virentiq.ai generates posts for you. Typical options include:

  • Daily — one post every day (great for staying highly visible)
  • 3 times per week — Monday, Wednesday, Friday (a popular choice)
  • Twice a week — a lighter pace if you're just getting started
  • Weekly — one post per week (minimal commitment)

You can also choose what time of day posts are published. For LinkedIn, Tuesday to Thursday mornings tend to get the most engagement — but any consistent schedule is better than none.
