Where your drafted posts live

Everything virentiq.ai writes for you appears on the Posts page. Click Posts in the left sidebar to open it.

Each row shows the opening of the post, its status, and the actions available on it. You can filter the list by status using the chips along the top.

Reading and approving a post

When a post is waiting on you, there are four things worth doing, in order.

  1. Read it. Does it sound like you? Is it accurate? Would you be comfortable putting your name to it?
  2. Edit anything that is off. Click into the post text to change it. Change a word, cut a line, add a sentence. It is your post.
  3. Click Approve when you are happy. The post is scheduled for the next free slot on your calendar.
  4. Or click Reject if it is not worth saving. The post is set aside and the pipeline writes another.
Edit freely. The draft is a starting point, not a verdict. Most of the time it lands close to right, and your changes are what separate a good post from one that sounds automated.

Using the content calendar

The Schedules page shows a calendar of everything coming up: approved posts, their times, and what has already gone out.

  • See what is coming

Every approved post appears on the calendar at the time it will go out.

  • Change a publish time

Open a post from the calendar to move it to a different day or time.

  • Check what already went out

Past dates hold everything published, so you can see your posting history.

  • Pause the pipeline

Need a break? Pause from Settings and resume whenever you want.
