Posts & Publishing

This guide shows you how to find, review, and approve your drafted posts — and how to use the content calendar to see everything that's coming up.

Where to find your drafted posts

Every post virentiq.ai writes for you appears in the Posts page. Click Posts in the left sidebar to see them all.

Reviewing and approving a post

When virentiq.ai drafts a post for you, it shows up with a Draft label. Here's what to do:

  1. Read the post. Does it sound like you? Is the content accurate? Does it say something you'd actually be comfortable publishing?
  2. Edit if needed. Click anywhere in the post text to edit it. Change a word, add a sentence — it's your post, make it yours.
  3. Click Approve when you're happy. The post will be scheduled to publish at the next available slot in your calendar.
  4. Or click Reject if you don't want to use it. The post will be discarded and virentiq.ai will generate a new one.
✏️
Don't be afraid to edit. The AI is a starting point, not the final word. Most of the time it'll be close to right — but your personal touch makes the difference between a good post and a great one.

Using the content calendar

The Schedules page (click it in the left sidebar) shows a calendar view of everything that's coming up — approved posts, scheduled times, and what's already been published.

What you can do in the calendar:
📅
See upcoming posts
All approved posts appear on the calendar so you can see exactly when they're going out.
🕒
Change publish times
Click a post in the calendar to change when it publishes — drag it to a different day or time.
Check what's been published
Past dates show everything that's already gone live, so you can track your posting history.
Pause or reschedule
Need a break? You can pause your pipeline at any time from Settings, and resume when you're ready.

What do the post statuses mean?

Draft

The post has been written by the AI but hasn't been approved yet. It's waiting for you to review it.

Scheduled

You've approved the post and it's in the queue, waiting to be published at the set time.

Published
